New or Used? What's better?

Spirit of 76 is he machine everyone wants. The originals are hard to find and when you do they're played to shreds. After restoring a few of them I realised it would be so much easier if I just buillt new ones. Im making the playfields, the backglass and repraying the cabinets anyway. My as well build one that won't give up on you as soon as you invite the family over. 

They sound the same, they play the same, they look the same but better, why would you spend 45K on an old one thats FUBAR, spend another 20K  on a restoration just for the innards to give up on you. Get a new one for the same price, and it will wait patiently for you in your Hermanus beach house and fire up the first time after gathering dust for a 10 months.
